The Rising Need

Why do I need Hope?

COVID-19 has affected us all in ways we are still unpacking. Yet, sadly even before COVID-19, some of us were struggling. Many were struggling in silence. Can you relate to any of these questions? Are you looking for resources to improve your daily life but are not sure where to begin?

  • Do you find yourself in a depressed mood most of the day, nearly every day?
  • Do you worry about a variety of things and find it difficult to stop?
  • Do you find yourself feeling more and more irritated by people you interact with often?
  • Do you have difficulty falling or staying asleep?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are not alone.

Hope may provide ways you can learn to cope with the difficulties of life. Start chatting today.
