Homeless diversion helps individuals experiencing homelessness find safe, stable housing outside of shelters. It focuses on brief, unsheltered homelessness and connects clients with services or financial assistance to return to permanent housing.

Unlike prevention, which aids those at risk but still housed, diversion supports individuals in transitional living situations and need temporary financial assistance to secure a permanent housing solution. Applicants whose applications are accepted will receive limited financial assistance and must agree to three months of case management.

Complete this form to see if you qualify for services. Please only submit one application per person, sending multiples can delay the process. Thank you!
