Breakfast With the Bishop – October 2021

Looking Back

In Review: Archangels Activity

The last half of 2021 (and the beginning of 2022) was very active for the Archangels!

October 2021: Our 10th Annual Breakfast With the Bishop with over 200 plus attendees, great fellowship, presentations, and the individual generosity of Archangels, helped provide additional funding to the CCD Food Outreach program.

November 2021: Our fall volunteer project at the Marillac Center made a difference in the physical appearance of the facility. Making the grounds more appealing to members of our community taking advantage of the CCD services provided.

December 2021: Once again the Angels of Charity Women’s Auxiliary lead the way in funding and providing gifts to over 800 families to make their Christmas a little better. For our part, the Archangels once again provided bartending services for the fundraiser and parking lot duty for the distribution. Well done Angels of Charity, you all are awesome and a true example of Christian service to us all.

Christmas Celebration: Hosted an in-person Archangel Parish Liaison meeting conducted by Kiel Werking and Dan O’Connell. We then joined the Board of Directors and the Angels for a great Holiday Happy Hour at CCD Headquarters on Mockingbird Lane.

January 2022: The Archangels By-Laws were revised at the end of 2021 to establish five standing Committees with designated chairs focused on enabling the mission of the Archangels Men’s Network. More to come in the next newsletter about how to sign up and participate:
