St. Jude Center Forest Lane

St. Jude Center Forest Lane provides permanent supportive housing coupled with case management to 104 formerly homeless seniors. This facility is a collaborative network of partners including Catholic Housing Initiative (CHI), City Square, MetroCare, Veterans Administration (VASH), and Housing Forward.

Prospective residents who meet program eligibility will be referred to the property manager to process approved applications and background checks to submit to Housing Forward for review.

St. Jude Center is part of Catholic Charities’ mission to serve at-risk populations around Dallas. Restoring dignity and hope to all that we serve is among our top priorities. Through various services including but not limited to; case management, community activities, vocational training, job placement, and more – our team is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment to all.
