Eric Jackson serves as the Director of Immigration Legal Services (ILS) for Catholic Charities Dallas, leading a team of attorneys and accredited representatives who serve thousands of immigrant families each year. He brings over two decades of combined experience in immigration law, corporate compliance, and technology management to his leadership of the ILS department.
Before joining CCD, Eric held leadership roles with global organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company, Hewlett-Packard, Accenture, and GE Energy, where he managed multimillion-dollar compliance and legal technology initiatives. As an immigration attorney, he has represented clients in asylum, removal defense, family petitions, and humanitarian visa cases.
Eric earned his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Georgia State University. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and licensed attorney with the Supreme Court of Ohio. His work at CCD focuses on expanding access to justice, ensuring operational excellence, and building sustainable, client-centered legal programs.
