Kaylee started in Refugee Services and moved to the Disaster department after helping with several Disaster deployments in Dallas and at the border.
She is thankful to continue her career and growth with Catholic Charities Dallas as the Director of Homeless, Housing and Disaster Services.
In her previous position as Sr. Program Manager for the Disaster program, she assisted the team in setting up programs and processes to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic in early March 2020 and has led the Disaster response to natural disasters in the area.
Since then the Disaster program has helped thousands of families to receive emergency assistance. Kaylee is passionate about assisting families in crisis by partnering with other agencies, organizations and cities to bring needed relief to the community in times of crisis.
