Meredith McPhail earned her Bachelors of Social Work at The University of Texas at Arlington and is currently working on her MBA at Baylor University. Meredith is a Licensed Social Worker as well as a Licensed Child Placing Administrator. As the Director of Family Stability, she oversees the following programs: (1) Pregnancy, Parenting, and Adoption; (2) Together We’re Better; (3) Financial Stability and Career Services; and, (4) Hunger and In-Kind Donations. Meredith has worked hands-on with children and families for more than 15 years. In this time, she learned first-hand how much a support system and community safeguards can change a family’s narrative. Her work focuses on ensuring CCD families have financial stability, food security, and parenting education and resources. Meredith is also the proud mother to two young women, one of whom is a registered nurse and the other is studying to become a cybersecurity analyst. As a mother and Social Worker, she is proud to be paving the road for the next generation.
