Meredith McPhail is a Licensed Social Worker and Licensed Child Placing Administrator with a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington. She also holds an MBA from Baylor University and brings more than 20 years of experience working with children and families. Having served at Catholic Charities Dallas for nine years, Meredith has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families build stability, resilience, and hope.
As the Director of Family Stability Services, she oversees a comprehensive range of programs, including pregnancy support, maternity housing, parenting resources, adoption services, financial coaching, career development programs, free tax preparation services, hunger relief efforts, and disaster preparedness and response services.
Meredith’s unwavering commitment lies in empowering individuals and families by equipping them with the tools, resources, and education needed to navigate challenges, achieve self-sufficiency, and create lasting positive change.
