Wade Glover, a Partner with the law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, is a Dallas-based attorney. Most of Wade’s clients are private equity firms, their portfolio companies and other privately held businesses, each within a broad range of industries. He helps his clients negotiate, structure and execute complex and strategic transactions, including leveraged buyouts, divestitures, mergers and growth equity investments.

He studied law at Texas Tech University School of Law where he graduated summa cum laude. He received his undergraduate degree at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.

They were both raised in the Protestant tradition where they first developed their deep love for Scripture and Jesus Christ. After being married in 2011, Caroline and Wade began to study Scripture, read the Church Fathers, and pray. After going through RCIA at St. Rita, they converted to Catholicism at the Easter Vigil in 2015 and are now members of St. Rita’s Parish.

Wade and his wife Caroline are proud parents to six young children.
