About St. Jude Center Park Central

St. Jude Center Park Central provides permanent supportive housing for 202 formerly homeless individuals, offering stable housing alongside case management and supportive services that help residents rebuild their lives.

Each efficiency unit includes a kitchen and private bathroom, creating a safe and dignified living environment for adults who have experienced homelessness, including veterans and chronically homeless individuals aged 18 or older.

This initiative is a collaborative effort between Catholic Charities Dallas and several community partners, including Catholic Housing Initiative (CHI), Metrocare, Housing Forward, CitySquare, and the Veterans Administration through the VASH program. Residents are referred through coordinated entry and must meet program eligibility requirements before applications are reviewed and approved through Housing Forward.

In addition to housing, residents have access to supportive services such as case management, community programming, vocational training, and job placement support designed to promote long-term stability and independence. Through initiatives like St. Jude Center Park Central, Catholic Charities Dallas continues its mission of restoring dignity and hope to individuals and families across North Texas.
