About the Community Health Clinic
The Community Health Clinic exists to provide compassionate and quality healthcare to vulnerable and underserved families. CHC staff and volunteers provide primary care and treatment of acute and chronic diseases, chronic disease management services (cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and thyroid disease), women’s wellness services, pediatric care, counseling, and prescription assistance.
