Over the last few months, we have walked through the seven tenents of Catholic Social Teaching! We hope you continue to live out the teachings of the Church in your parish roles to better serve those in need throughout our community.

Last year, CCD served more than 212,000 individuals with our eleven missions. Our goal is always to serve with dignity and bring hope to all in need.

Through our Homelessness and Housing mission, we offer permanent supportive housing, which includes individual units with personal bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchens. For many of our clients, this is the first time they have had a home in years. We aren’t just a safe place to stay; we build communities that help individuals thrive all throughout the year.

During the holiday season, we bring hope to our residents through our Christmas program! This year, we are collecting new bath towel sets for the 700+ residents who live at our permanent supportive housing locations. These include the community members at the St. Jude Centers at Forest Lane, Park Central, and Vantage Point, as well as the residents we serve at CityWalk and the Cottages!

We invite you to help us spread holiday cheer to the families we serve! This year, participating is easier than ever through our Amazon Wish List.
