Tom Codd and his wife, Shelly, have been actively involved in the Dallas Catholic Community for many years, serving and supporting The Catholic Foundation, Notre Dame School of Dallas, Bishop Dunne School, Cristo Rey Dallas, University of Dallas, St. Rita Parish, Jesuit, Ursuline and the Bishop’s Golf Tournament. Tom is a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers(PwC), where he has spent 35 years primarily serving multinational manufacturing companies and private equity portfolio companies, as well as leading many of PwC’s business units, regions, markets and functions and serving on PwC’s elected Board. His areas of expertise are financial accounting and auditing, human resources, governance and strategy. Tom is past Chairman of the Board at Dallas Regional Chamber and The Catholic Foundation, and presently serves the boards of The American Ireland Fund, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Purdue University Krannert School Dean’s Advisory Council, Cooper Institute, Bishop Dunne and SMU Cox School of Business. He is a graduate of Purdue University. Tom and Shelly have four children and have been members of St. Rita Parish for 30 years.
