Tom Codd has  been actively involved in the Dallas Catholic Community and the broader business and civic  community 40 years. Tom and his late wife Shelly served  and supported  Catholic Charities Dallas,  The Catholic Foundation, Notre Dame School of Dallas, Bishop Dunne School, Cristo Rey Dallas, University of Dallas, St. Rita Parish, Jesuit, Ursuline and the Bishop’s Golf Tournament. Tom is Chief People Officer at Axxess, a multinational provider of technology solutions for home health, hospice and palliative agencies.  Prior thereto, Tom was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), retiring after 39 years, primarily serving multinational manufacturing and distribution  companies and private equity portfolio companies, as well as leading various PwC business platforms, regions, markets, and functions and serving on PwC’s elected Board of Partners.  Tom’s areas of expertise are financial accounting and auditing, human resources, diversity equity and inclusion, governance, risk management, strategy, and operations. Tom is the past Chairman of the Board of Dallas Regional Chamber, The Catholic Foundation, and Dallas Zoological Society. In addition to Catholic Charities Dallas, Tom presently serves the boards of The American Ireland Fund, The Cooper Institute, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Purdue University Krannert School Dean’s Advisory Council, Ursuline Academy  and SMU Cox School of Business. He is a graduate of Purdue University. Tom has four children and has been a member of St. Rita Parish for 35 years.
