Rachel Roberts-Pickett, a native Texan from Corsicana, serves as Director of Refugee Services at Catholic Charities Dallas, bringing deep experience in program management, strategic operations, and community engagement. Her career spans public sector management consulting, private equity, disaster response, and public affairs—all rooted in a commitment to mission-driven work.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Texas State University, a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and a Graduate Certificate in Finance from Southern Methodist University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.

An active community volunteer, Rachel supports maybe organizations, including the African American Museum of Dallas, and serves as a member of 100 Women of Lake Highlands and the Lake Highlands Women’s League. She enjoys travel, reading, DIY projects, and life in Lake Highlands with her husband Steve, their son Syeed, and bonus son Patrick.
