Well-known for his former position as Richardson City Manager, Bill provides over 35 years of municipal government experience to the growing Diocese of Dallas. He currently is Chief Operating Officer for the Diocese, which includes more than 100 churches, schools and related entities. During his career, Bill received numerous state and local awards (both professionally and as a volunteer) for his significant contributions to the City of Richardson as Assistant City Manager, Deputy City Manager and City Manager.
