CCD Christmas Distribution – December 2024

Looking Back

Christmas Distribution

This past December, the Archangels assisted our sister organization, the Angels of Charity, with their Annual Christmas Distribution, providing Christmas gifts to over 600 families in North Texas. The Archangels helped direct the flow of traffic, as hundreds of cars lined up to receive their gifts. Every year, the Angels make this look easy and provide a beautiful experience to so many in need. The Archangels are honored to be able to attend the distribution and spread Christmas cheer to CCD client families. Thank you to all who contributed and made this day possible!

Bishop’s Gala – January 2025

27th Annual Bishop’s Gala

The Archangels kicked off the new year by attending the 27th Annual Bishop’s Gala. This year’s gala yielded record-breaking attendance numbers and raised essential funds to support the eleven mission areas of Catholic Charities. It was a great night of giving and fun with a live performance by The Beach Boys finishing off the night.

Smiles lit up the faces of attendees as this wonderful night came to an end. It was a great night to celebrate CCD, meet old friends, make new ones, enjoy some great entertainment from The Beach Boys, and support a great cause at the same time.

Archangel Service Project – February 2025

Service project: Santa Clara

Last month, the Archangels completed their first volunteer project of the new year. They helped repair and renovate the Santa Clara Campus, which is being repurposed to provide extended services to the local community in West Dallas.

The Archangels as well as the Ursuline Dads’ Club and their daughters contributed two weekends to help prepare the Santa Clara Campus. Thank you to all who contributed their time and service! We look forward to our next project. More details coming soon!
