Emergency grant to Catholic Charities will help those affected by Hurricane Harvey in Texas DALLAS – (Sept. 22, 2017) – The Catholic Foundation, a Dallas-based, lay-led community foundation, has provided a $100,000 grant to Catholic Charities Dallas (CCD) for disaster relief funding in light of the record-breaking impacts Hurricane Harvey had on Texas.
